The Oxford Mindfulness Centre, has been at the forefront of mindfulness research and training since 2008. 

They offer drop-in sessions, podcasts and meditations which are free of charge. These are intended to help beginners and people with more experience to learn and develop their understanding of mindfulness and to incorporate it into their daily lives and is a great way to find out more about Mindfulness.
